Document Management

Converting your documents from paper to digital images will reduce your operational costs and increase productivity. TUI can provide both in-house (hardware/software) and out-sourced document management solutions for businesses of any size, whether documents need to be utilized by 2 people or 10,000 people. Imaging, storage and retrieval are just a baseline; processing of both structured documents (forms) and unstructured documents such as invoices can also be automated using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) Technology, saving you time and expense. Our suite of products also allows you to automate business processes using workflow, electronic forms and core-system integrations.

OnBase is a rapidly deployable suite of enterprise content management (ECM) software applications with over 700 installations worldwide. Implemented as a premises-based solution or via software as a service (SaaS), OnBase provides the capabilities necessary to meet transactional content management needs enterprise-wide. OnBase's core functionality includes document imaging and management, workflow/BPM, integration with line-of-business applications, COLD/ERM and records management. OnBase allows organizations to manage all their digital content, including scanned paper documents, e-mails, faxes, print streams, application files, e-forms, Web content and multimedia files.

FileBound is an affordable browser-based content management system. FileBound offers customers extreme flexibility - unlimited users and open architecture to allow easy integrations, parameter-driven configuration, and most notably, FileBound is available as an installed premises-based solution or as a hosted solution. Technology Unlimited uses the FileBound system internally to manage our Service Bureau production, sales and development pipelines and other content. TUI is a certified reseller of FileBound and our entire software team is trained and certified to install and configure the FileBound solution.

AnyDoc is a document and data capture application focused on automating the file conversion process. Their suite of products eliminates the need to manually enter the valuable data off the millions of paper documents - forms, invoices, etc., received daily at organizations worldwide. AnyDoc uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to extract your data from structured or unstructured documents and then applies your customized business rules to validate and normalize the data. Verified data is then delivered to your back-end system, content management system, and/or workflow for use in analysis, reporting and retrieval.

TUI has production Service Bureau locations at our Seattle, WA, San Leandro, CA and Burbank, CA office locations. We offer a full-range of conversion services from basic scan and index jobs to sophisticated medical forms processing. We use state-of-the-art hardware and software to maximize our quality and efficiency.
